Manager Sales and Marketing
– Developing and strengthening client relationship.
– Planning business development strategies based on business requirement.
– Identifying key decision makers with potential clients and pursuing them.
– Co-ordination for information and flow with internal team.
– Ensuring timely payment collections from projects.
– Conducting techno commercial analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
– Team training & monitoring.
Technical Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
– Good people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
– Demonstrated experience in project management and business development, ideally in the mid size solar company business model.
– Should be aware of basics of budget, support function & resource utilization & development, etc.
– Demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems.
– Adaptable and a self-motivated; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.
– 4-6 yrs experience in similar role at a mid level
